Having trouble logging into the System? Then we recommend that you try any or all of the following suggestions:
- Click the “Forgot Your Password” link on the “Sign-In” page. This will automatically reset your password and send it to the email address that is listed in the System for you. Note: The same message will be sent to the TIPP contact for the company, school, consulting firm or professional coach that sponsored your TIPP access.
- If you happen to loop back to the login box when clicking the "Take TIPP Assessment" link, please adjust your computer preferences to accept cookies. That will remedy the problem.
- If you continue to have difficulty logging into the System or accessing your Learning-Character Profile after trying the first two suggestions, please email us for further assistance.
