Performance Professionals values the security and privacy of our customer's information (personal, financial, or otherwise). The personal information collected from all customers either organizationally sponsored or independent customers, is for assessing learning-style values only and is used for that purpose alone. We do not sell or share customer information with other organizations.
Performance Professionals and its staff members in no way extract, manipulate
or view personal customer information (such as address, credit card number or
email address) for any purpose beyond creating and/or administering Learning-Character™ Profiles.
Users at the "instructor" level will have access to an individuals' profile summaries and aggregate group profiles for learners within their organization as permitted by each User.
Raw demographic data and anonymous assessment data may be used for research purposes, but customer identities will be vehemently protected. Our employees have access to personal customer information for the purpose stated above. Performance Professionals will contact customers only in response to customer actions through our web site and for no other purpose.
Performance Professionals uses a secure server and the industry standard SSL security to ensure the privacy of your credit card and personal information during transmission from the web site to our processing servers.
