Message from Performance Professionals
Shelly Loewen developed the Playground Model of Learning and the TIPP Assessment in 1991. Both were utilized and studied with the participation of more than 4000 adult learners before assigning specific learning-style values, strategies and general characteristics to each of the 144 different Learning-Character Profiles. Such is the foundation for the TIPP Learning System - a learning assessment package that has been available on-line and used by individuals around the world since 2000.
The TIPP Assessment is a valid instrument and statistically reliable. Profile results are based solely on an individual's self-reporting accuracy. It is our hope that individuals and groups implementing this tool will use it respectfully and avoid the act or appearance of impropriety. While we recommend that Users of the System either attend the TIPP Instructor Qualification Program or receive individual support through a qualified TIPP Learning System facilitator or consultant, we make this information available to the public without such prerequisites. We understand the value of this tool and do not wish to prevent those interested in learning more about how they learn, teach, or help their kids learn from using the System.
Shelly Loewen and Performance Professionals are not liable for the actions of any individuals who use the TIPP Learning System including abuse, fraud, discrimination or any other form of misrepresentation.
Privacy and Non-disclosure Statement
